2. Enter your 10-digit mobile number (e.g., 9176567856) and click the “Register” button. 

3. Receive a One-Time Pin (OTP): If you’re eligible to register, you’ll get an OTP text message on your phone. 

4. Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Remember, the OTP is valid for only five minutes.

Set up your modem according to the instruction manual: 

Connect the power adapter to the modem. 

Turn on your Globe At Home Prepaid Wi-Fi device. 

Download the GlobeOne app and set up your Home Prepaid Wi-Fi account.

Find the nearest Globe store or retailer and visit them. 

Inform the representative that you want to register your Globe SIM. 

Provide your valid ID and required documents to the representative.

Wait for the registration to be completed. You will receive a confirmation message on your SIM once it’s done.

How to Change Globe SIM Details?

Visit the official Globe SIM registration link (website) at new.globe.com.ph/simreg. 

Click on “View or edit your details” below the “Enter your number” box. 

Enter your 11-digit mobile number in the provided box. 

Navigate to “Update Information” and make the necessary changes, such as: 

  • Change of name 
  • Change of ID

Text ROAM ON to 2884 to activate roaming on your Globe prepaid SIM. Make sure to do this before leaving the country. 

Insert the SIM into a 5G-compatible device and ensure you are in a 5G coverage area. Restart your device and text ACTIVATE to 8080 if needed. You can upgrade your Globe SIM to 5g with the same number as well!
